Share your PPCM Story
At The PPCM Pulse, we believe that personal stories are powerful medicine - for the person who tells them, and for the person who reads them at just the right moment.
When you share your experience with PPCM - the warning signs, the misdiagnosis, the heartbreak, the survival, the questions... you become part of a living archive that educates, empowers, and protects others. Your voice might help someone recognize a symptom… or help a mother feel seen when no one else is listening.
You don’t need to have a tidy ending or a dramatic arc. Your truth, as it is, matters. We welcome stories that are:
-
Raw and unfinished
-
Quiet and reflective
-
Fierce and demanding
-
Grief-filled or joy-filled
-
A single moment, or the whole journey
This is how awareness grows... one lived experience at a time.

Submission Guidelines & Trauma-Informed Consent
We know storytelling is emotional labour, and we deeply honour that. Please read the following before you share:
-
You are free to submit anonymously, under a pseudonym, or with your name.
-
We will never publish your story without your clear consent.
-
All stories are gently reviewed for tone, clarity, and safety before publication.
-
If selected for publishing on the blog, we may edit for flow or clarity.
-
We will never change your truth; minor edits may be made, but your voice and truth will remain intact.
-
If your story is shared publicly (on the blog or social media), we’ll notify you and provide a link.
-
You may request to edit or remove your story at any time.
-
Please only share what feels right and safe for you at this time. You do not need to have a perfect memory, perfect ending, or full healing to contribute.
-
All submissions will be reviewed with care;
-
If you're not sure you're ready, take your time. Your healing matters more than your content.
Sharing your story is an act of courage, not obligation.
